SANBE BURGER is a community burger using local ingredients.
Beef and pork from Shimane Prefecture and patties made with locally grown vegetables are sandwiched between buns grilled over wood using a stone kiln set up in the restaurant. The patties are grilled over charcoal to order. The aroma and juiciness are irresistible. A dog café is also open.
